Wire to Wire: The Final Installment

Who would've thought that Mike Wilks would have value this season?Wire to Wire aims to be your waiver wire resource for all of your fantasy basketball needs.  It will dive into playing time trends, injury replacements, and even an occasional category specialist – all of which can be found on a typical waiver wire within your fantasy league at any given time.

Rookie Radar: 11.22.06

Adam MorrisonWell, a lot to talk about this week, with lots going on in the rookie scene.  Brandon Roy is out longer than expected, and a few Jazz rookies are beginning to make an impact.  Overall, it was a great week in general for most rookies, and these rankings are going to be a little Jazzed up (pun intended).
1. Adam Morrison (Up)

Even if Brandon Roy wasn’t out, I’d still probably give Morrison the top spot.  Although he had a bad game Monday (just 7 points), he’s been a beast in the past week, playing over 37 minutes in each of his last four games.  He dropped 21 points and seven boards against the Hornets on the 14th, and followed that up with a huge 27 point game against the Spurs the next day, playing 48 minutes in the overtime win.  Morrison is playing huge minutes, and with huge minutes come huge scoring, which he has shown.
