Congratulations to the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers for making the NBA Finals! It’s a dream match-up that waxes nostalgia for those that discovered the league during the 1980s like myself. Kudos to the NBA schedule makers this year; up until now there was at least one playoff game on almost every night. The hype gets to build for another few days, which leaves everyone lots of time to make their Finals prediction.

The 10-year veteran is a lock for 20, 12 and 2 every night.  Yes, his free throw percentage is a bit rough, but don’t forget who was drafted in the first round to help build this squad.

2.8 Tim Duncan, PF/C, San Antonio Spurs

LeBron vs. KobeCongratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers for making the NBA Finals! I am sure everyone other than Pistons fans are glad to see you on the ticket. ‘Bron in Game 5 will be a performance put on par with the other greats and their awesome games when the stakes were high.

Kobe and ‘Bron kicked off our tourney more than a month and a half ago. The votes did not fall ‘Bron’s way; would things be different if he could ride his current momentum against Mr. Trade Me/Don’t Trade Me? Never fear, because as always, we have two nice match-ups for you to consider.
